Welcome to Digital Photo Graphix & Printing (“DPG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, placing an order, submitting materials, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. SERVICES

Digital Photo Graphix & Printing provides professional photo processing, printing, scanning, restoration, film development, legacy media transfer, graphic design, mailing, publishing, and related imaging services.


2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMITTED MATERIALS

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights and permission to reproduce, print, scan, duplicate, transfer, or modify any submitted materials.


We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.


3. IRREPLACEABLE MEDIA DISCLAIMER

Many customer materials submitted to us are unique and irreplaceable, including photographs, negatives, slides, film reels, videotapes, artwork, and digital files.


While we exercise great care in handling all materials, customers acknowledge that:

  • Older or deteriorated media may be fragile or unstable
  • Processing or transfer procedures may reveal pre-existing damage
  • Certain media may deteriorate further during handling due to age or condition


Digital Photo Graphix & Printing is not liable for damage caused by the age or condition of submitted materials.


4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability for any claim related to products or services provided by Digital Photo Graphix & Printing shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service or product.


We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of irreplaceable memories or materials
  • Delays caused by equipment failure, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control


5. COLOR & PRINT ACCURACY

Colors may vary between screens, devices, papers, substrates, and production methods. Slight cropping, trimming, scaling, or density variations may occur and are considered normal.


6. FILM PROCESSING & LEGACY MEDIA SERVICES

Film processing, scanning, restoration, and transfer services involve specialized equipment and manual handling. Some media may not be fully recoverable. Restoration results vary depending on source quality.


Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.


7. STORAGE & ABANDONED ORDERS

Completed orders not picked up within 90 days may be discarded, recycled, deleted, or archived at our discretion unless prior arrangements have been made.


8. DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for downloading files promptly and maintaining backup copies after delivery.


9. PAYMENTS

Payment may be required in advance for certain services and custom work. Orders may be delayed until payment is received.


10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers assume responsibility for shipping risks once orders leave our facility.


11. WEBSITE USE

All website content, logos, graphics, text, and materials are the property of Digital Photo Graphix & Printing unless otherwise noted.


12. PRIVACY

Customer information is used solely for business operations, communication, production, delivery, and customer service purposes.


13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
